Couture Capri offers domestic (within United States) and international shipping services. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Most orders are processed and shipped within five business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders are shipped with insurance via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow up to to 10 business days for customized orders to be ready for ship.
Enjoy complimentary domestic shipping (within United States) on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $7.5 will be applied. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days.
Please note that international shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, and are determined by the shipping carrier. Couture Capri has no control over these rates.
Package Tracking
All orders are provided with tracking information. Once your order status changes to "In Transit," you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not be updated in real-time by USPS or foreign postal couriers. Therefore, the accuracy or timeliness of tracking information cannot be guaranteed.
Order Combining & Address Changes
We do not offer order combining at this time. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.
If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may cause delays in delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for standard items within 10 business days after delivery. Ensure the product has its original tag and bag attached, and is in good condition for resale. Once we examine the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Please contact our customer support to initiate the return or exchange process at capri@couturecapri.com.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
